Pakistani Schoolgirl Continues to Receive Threats from Taliban

The child activist who was shot my Taliban is still receiving ongoing threats against her.

The father of Malala Yousafzai says she will return to Pakistan after her recovery in England..

The 15-year-old was targeted by the Taliban for speaking out against Islamic extremists and girls education rights.

The Pakistani Interior minister said the government would protect her.

Meanwhile the identity of her shooter was revealed to be Attaullah, acting on orders of one of the Taliban’s most feared commanders.

Sources say he is in his 30s, and may have fled to Afghanistan.

It was revealed Attaullah has been detained by security forces in 2009 after a Pakistani military campaign cleansed the SwatValley of the Taliban.

Pakistani Schoolgirl Fighting For Her Life After Attempted Taliban Assassination

The Pakistani schoolgirl deliberately shot by Taliban has been given a 70 per cent chance of survival.

The gunman reportedly boarded her school bus and asked a boy where Malala was, when the boy pointed to her the gunman produced a handgun and started firing.

 The 14-year-old, children’s rights activist was warned by Taliban to stop speaking out against them, following her BBC blog where she exposed Taliban atrocities.

After the attempted assassination they issued a statement claiming responsibility and saying they would target anyone who speaks negatively against the Taliban.

14-year-old School Girl Gunned Down By Taliban

A 14-year-old Pakistani girl was deliberately shot in the head by a Taliban gunman.

Malala Yousafzai is fighting for her life after she was gunned down on her school bus, in response campgain for girls’ education and children’s rights.

A Taliban spokesman said the Islamist group carried out the attack after warning her to stop speaking against them.

The shooting occurred in broad daylight in Mingora, raising concerns about security, when three years ago, the army claimed to have crushed the Taliban insurgency there.

Malala received the first national peace from the Pakistani Government last year, and was recognised for exposing Taliban atrocities in her blog for the BBC.

The attack was condemned as cowardly and barbaric.
